For our Client an international FMCG company, we are looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:
Customer Service Specialist
Location: Poznań

Job description
- Responsible for the Back Office for Sales and Operations;
- Enter and review orders, assuring they are delivered on time;
- Control of Stocks coordinated with warehouse department;
- Updating some reports of overdue invoices, and payments;
- Negotiate with Logistics Companies the transport costs,;
- Updating the ERP Optima with all the info of purchases, orders, and payments;
- Some administrative tasks (coordination expense reports, and others from Sales Managers);
- Calling to customers when there are overdue invoices;
- Support the controller with reports if needed;
- Creation the bank payments;
- Coordination cooperative with the Accounting Agency and sent the original documents monthly.
Requirements
- University Degree;
- Experience with a minimum of three years in a similar position;
- Desirable experience in working with OPTIMA ERP and SAP;
- Concern for quality and accuracy;
- Good time management skills;
- Self-motivation;
- Internal/External customer service.
