Tasks:
- Providing customer service at the highest level (chat/email/phone);
- Responding to incoming calls and achieving goals set by the client and the company;
- Adhering to the company's policies and procedures, ensuring the highest quality;
- Executing daily tasks efficiently and within deadlines;
- Achieving goals related to call quality and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Fluent proficiency in Swedish (B2) or Dutch (B2);
- Experience: Super if you have sales experience;
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and advanced computer skills;
- Personality: Motivation and enthusiasm;
- A modem with an Ethernet port and VPN capability is required, and it must be unlocked.
An asset will be:
- Prioritization and planning skills;
- Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail.
Working conditions:
- Mandate contract or employment contract;
- Working hours: 8:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day);
- Remote work from Poland.
