Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Specialist with Italian!
Responsibilities:
- Contact with Customers via phone, e-email
- Database administration
- View and report on status and delivery
- Checking data for invoices
- Providing logistical or descriptive information about products
- Actively informing the customer or the lack of goods and when this lack of goods may affect the order
- Managing time windows for unloading with customers
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Italian (min. B2) and English (min. B1)
- Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
- Analytical thinking and self-starter
- Ability to work under time pressure
