For our client, who is one of the most known multinational technology company, we are looking for candidates to join a new project.
Main tasks:
In this role you will be responsible for enabling the smooth operation of the service business by providing support related to installed base and contract management functions, coordinating spare parts and returns process as well as coordinating accurate, timely and complete case closure, invoices and cost assignment to customer contracts. Your main tasks will be contract management, service parts management and service work order and billing management.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with experience in fields related to customer service or supply chain or SSC/BPO environment. From the candidate we require fluent English and German language need to be at least B2 level. We are looking for candidates with Good organizational skills, attention to details, problem solving mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
