Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French
- Quality focus and strong customer service skills
- Excellent non-visual communication skills
- An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
- Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not essential
- Strong computer skills
- Good sense of personal accountability
- Demonstrated focus on providing service through sales
Responsibilities:
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively leading to sales
- Effectively communicate company’s product ranges and fares and ticketing conditions with the highest customer service and accuracy
- Maximize the revenue contribution within agreed sale targets through the effective use of all available sales and telesales tools
