Your new company
A new Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for a French and Italian Speakers.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include phone and mail contact with company customers, processing customers’ orders in SAP and quick and efficient solving customers’ requests.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have bachelor's degree and advanced knowledge of French and Italian or just French and communicative English. Knowledge of SAP or an experience in customer service will be an advantage.
