Job Description
- Work on the 1st line support and advisory of international customers;
- The receipt of problems reported by users of information systems;
- The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress;
- Providing support by telephone and communication platforms;
- Keeping users appraised of progress.
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Basic computers skills and basic knowledge on Windows and MS Office;
