For our Client, an international professional cleaning machines’ producer, we are looking for Customer Service& Logistics Specialist. The position will be based in Pruszków.
Your main responsibilities on this position will be: customer order management in SAP, co-ordination with sales office to check and verify shipment information, co-ordination with external warehouse, in order to secure on time delivery for the customer, ensuring documentation compliance with all related requirements - customs regulations and delivery details, responding to queries and providing solutions while offering general customer service solutions.
All you need is: the experience in a similar position / field, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, working knowledge of SAP - would be treated as an advantage, fluent English skills – day to day collaboration with English speaking colleagues.
