Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
- Language: Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and English (C1);
- Advanced computer literature skills;
- Stable internet connection (40Mb download and 20Mb upload)
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;
- Available for Full-Time Job.

- Contract of employment/ mandate contract;
- Competitive salary;
- 8h shifts, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri.), between 8:00 - 18:00 & Saturday shifts between 9:00 - 17:00;
- Remote work (The ability to connect the computer to the router via an Ethernet cable is essential).
