We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
Customer Service Specialist with Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian [rekrutacja online]
Location: Warsaw or Home Office
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from Croatian market
- Confirming orders from the customers and upgrade the value of the order
- Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
We expect:
- Very good command of Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian (native or near to native)
- EU citizenship or non-work permit requirement is a must
- Ability to communicate in Polish or English
- Ability to work at least 30 hours a week and attending in a training in Warsaw
- Experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
