Customer Service Specialist with Afrikaans language

Main tasks performed at the position:
- Contacting patients interested in participating in clinical trials to schedule an appointment at the facility or telephone consultation outbound contact,
- Handling incoming calls providing information about studies, making appointments,
- Conducting health interview with the patient,
- building and maintaining good relations with consumers,
- adhering to procedures and striving to achieve hotline plans,
- working in a team and achieving set goals.
Competencies sought:
- Afrikaans/ English language
