Customer Service Specialist / IT helpdesk

Our requirements:
- Fluent German (C1) and Very good English (B2)
- Previous experience with remote support for international clients
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
- Readiness to work on shifts (8 hour shift, 24/7)
Your main responsibilities:
- Providing remote 1st line support to end-users
- Analyzing problems related to software and hardware & putting correct resolution in place
- Opening, closing & monitoring of the incidents in the ticketing system
- Contacting with the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
- Updating knowledge articles
