Customer Service Specialist - French Speaker
Location: Kraków
Job description
Key Accountabilities (back-office):
- Providing high quality back office service for French business,
- Analysing the account activity and performing alert processing,
- Identification of any suspicious transaction or transaction patterns,
- Making sure that services delivered are on time and in line with all internal procedures and regulations.
Key Accountabilities (customer service):
- Delivering high-quality client services,
- Handling Customer calls and troubleshoot issues experienced with company’s platform, accurately identifying errors and providing feedback to Client and Bank teams as appropriate,
- Delivering telephone and/or webex trainings in French and English to Clients,
- Managing a portfolio of Clients who require training to ensure all deadlines are achieved,
- Establishing good working rapport with colleagues within the helpdesk, sales and relationship managers teams in each country and support teams globally,
- Assisting in user acceptance testing of existing and new systems and functionality,
- Providing support to sales and relationship managers team when necessary,
- Appling compliance and maintain company internal control standards,
- Responsible for supporting company in terms of Business Development tasks (like e.g. project implementations, system maintenance, infrastructure development).
Requirements

Very good French (min. B2) and good English skills,

Analytical skills and ability to take initiative,

Motivated, engaged and detail oriented person with a strong customer driven approach,

Computer literacy (MS Office),

Knowledge/experience of accounting or banking/financial services will be an asset,

At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service area will be an asset.
