Job description
- Deliver a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s
- Provide responses to queries submitted by email or phone.
- Help users access and use diverse applications.
- Report bugs in the system to the technical support
Requirements
- Fluency in Business English (written & spoken) is mandatory
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in service desk/help desk
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- Self-organized, pro-active
- Resilient and flexible with regards to working hours and workload
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
- Willingness to learn about new business topics
- Strong computer literacy in MS-Office (esp. Excel)
- Affinity for finance and risk management related topics
