We are looking for a person to hold the position Customer Service Representative with Norwegian to the one of the Shared Service Centre in Gdańsk which develops and delivers multi-functional services.
New role
As a Customer Service Representative with Norwegian you will be responsible for the contact for a customer via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, and shipment details. Your duties will include handling the customer orders in a defined system and in time respecting SLA. Customer Service Representative will be also responsible for entering the data correctly per each order to ensure correct deliveries and correct invoices. Furthermore you will be also accountable for advancing a single order in the end-to-end process, answer customer queries, receive and start the feedback and claims process and also correct and promptly invoicing.
