This role is based within the Operational team in Poland, dedicated to one of Capita Asset Services clients.
The team is responsible for all aspects of shareholder contact in fluent German language by phone, post and email for German and Austrian residents. Responsibilities also include all aspects of registration maintenance and general administration work for Capita’s client register, working closely with the UK team to provide the highest level of branded customer service to over 130,000 shareholders resident in Germany and Austria.

Being a point of contact for all incoming enquiries by telephone, post and email from German speaking shareholders for Capita’s client

Resolving all incoming telephone calls in fluent German in line with the client agreed tone of voice

Researching and responding to incoming shareholder or third party enquiries by letter or email

Using Capita systems to update details held on the core register, with a high standard of accuracy always ensuring that appropriate identification and verification checks have been completed where applicable

Validating and registering German/Austrian legal documentation submitted by shareholders against the core register

Assisting in ensuring that all targets/SLAs are met, working in line with the strict performance standards

Assisting in the provision of detailed management information and shareholder feedback to the UK team

Ensuring that all work is completed in line with Capita's internal policies and procedures at all times

Working across other teams within Capita Asset Services

Are native German speaker (preferred)

Are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Have professional experience in German language customer services or/and financial services (considered an asset)

Have a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel
