The Center in Poland provides services to internal and external clients, in areas such as Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain as well as Finance & Accounting.

We are looking for fluent speakers of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, or Italian who will support us in different roles, such as, Customer Service Representative, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Completing your profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications for ongoing openings and to stay connected.
Key responsibilities:
- following given processes and procedures in a timely manner and assuring compliance with rules and customer standards
- contacting internal and external partners from different parts of Europe
- contacting customers and providing them information about particular services or solving their problems
- updating documentations with possible changes in country specifics
- collaborating in a team of specialists in order to provide the best possible service
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Fluent English
- Fluent French, Dutch, German or Italian
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, process-minded, reliable
- MS Office products knowledge
- Economic/administration background will be an advantage
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service/Finance/Accounting will be a strong advantage
