We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives, motivated individuals seeking professional opportunities in a growing international environment who speak fluent English and an additional language who will support us in different roles such as a Customer Service Representative, an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Completing your profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications for ongoing openings and to stay connected.
Key responsibilities:
- following given processes and procedures in a timely manner and assuring compliance with rules and customer standards
- contacting internal and external partners from different parts of Europe
- contacting customers and providing them information about particular services or solving their problems
- updating documentations with possible changes in country specifics
- collaborating in a team of specialists in order to provide the best possible service
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Fluent knowledge of an European language, such as German, French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
- University degree – minimum Bachelor’s degree
- MS Office products knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Analytical, process-minded, reliable
- Economic/administration background will be an advantage
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service/Finance/Accounting will be a strong advantage
