Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Expert with Italian
Responsibilities:
- Review and provide information about the situation of their orders, deliveries and invoices data
- Monitor customer compliance to agreed logistic trade terms
- Provide logistic or descriptive information of products
- Inform the customer about the out of stock proactively
- Responsible for performing short-term, mid-term and long-term capacity checks to flag contracted capacity risks.
- Responsible for special activities like UTMS champions, Carrier Champions and Carbon Champion activities.
- Responsible for managing transport order of both inbound and primary transport (Auto-tendered and Perfect orders ) basis request from Sourcing units and co-packers.
- Responsible for shipment creation of both inbound and primary orders and respective exception management.
- Responsible for performing transport execution activities like slot booking, track & trace, express shipment during transit etc.
- Responsible for supporting Logistic Quality team with required details regarding quality incidents.
- Perform scenario analysis during crisis and route the request to L1 org for cost related decision making.Participate in monthly performance m
- Meetings with Sourcing Units along with L1 Org.
- Jointly perform weekly performance meeting along with L1 Organization to ensure target are meet.
Qualifications:
- University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Customer Service related experience
- Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing
- Strong analytical skills required
