Job description
- Structures and optimizes the use of resources and decision making in pursuit of agreed objectives
- Continuous promotion of business relations with the clients and partners, as well as within its own organization
- Development of customer focus in day-to-day work and considers business situations from a customer's point of view while protecting company's interest
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Provide timely update of status reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in container shipping industry (LCL experience is an advantage)
- Active knowledge of English language
- Computer literacy
