Customer Service Complaints Representative with Dutch
Location: Wrocław

 

We are seeking  a Customer Service Complaint Representative with excellent English and Dutch language skills, who as a member of  Customer Service Complaint team will be responsible for smooth complaint management for BD`s customers related to provided products and services.

Main objective of the role:
  • receiving, registering & following customer's service related complaints
  • ensuring that all complaints related tasks are logged, updated and followed up in the systems
  • building a strong relationship and being  in touch with customers and internal complaint management stakeholders
  • collecting and analysing complaint data and cause
  • looking for process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge on MS Office tools
  • Excellent language skills of Dutch ( to communicate with customers)
  • Good knowledge of  English (to communicate internally)
  • Experience in a Customer Facing environment is an advantage but not a must
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Willingness to work in detail oriented way and to seek for improvements.
