Customer Service Associate with German
Location: Gdańsk
Responsibilities
Contacting internal clients from Germany (phone, e-mails, meetings, conference calls)
Achieving individual and team goals
Analyzing German documentations
Complying with company standards, policies and procedures
Requirements
Proficiency in German (both oral and written – minimum B2 level)
Ability to communicate in English
Willingness to learn and make progress in the role in different processes
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Soft skills: strong communication skills, problem solving, good analytical skills
Team player attitude
