Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The main role will be to make phone calls in order to book interpreters for assignments requested by the Public Institution in the UK. The position is focused on outgoing phone calls but it also includes inbound phone calls and advisory activities within bookings and payments areas. Working within our department is a great opportunity to perfect your language and problem solving skills.

BA/BS degree;
