We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated candidate to join our team for the position of Customer Service Agent in our new station in Warsaw.
Successful applicants will be posted to Warsaw for a period of approximately 3 months, after which the position will be based in Wroclaw.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for telephone sales and ticketing with particular emphasis on service excellence and with the aim of increasing sales and revenue, providing accurate fare quotes, issuing tickets for all customers, reservations, re-bookings and special service requests. All customers should be served professionally and quickly at the reservations counter. The candidate will be expected to process requests via various computer reservations systems and internal queues. The candidate should endeavour to serve the maximum number of customers following the procedures, while handling any irregularities or unforeseen circumstances that may arise, and participate in projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities. Travel agents should be assisted with all product enquiries and special service requests.
Applicants should be educated to degree Level, PC literate with knowledge of MS Office and Start/Amadeus, and have very good communication skills in English. They should have a minimum of 4 years experience in travel Sales and strong ability in facing customers and listening/reacting to their needs. Candidates should also display strong organizational and management skills, excellent service attitude, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. They should be highly motivated team players with broad social skills with a pro-active, systematic, and target-oriented work approach. Industry related work experience and knowledge of CRS, as well as tariff and ticketing know-how would be a definite advantage.
