Job description
Workplace: Poznań
Main Task
- Provide world class expert Customer Care experience through: email, online social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc) and phone
- Online order management (including spare parts, payment and refunds)
- Warranty repair and information
- Provide advise on use of smartwatch
- E commerce sales – supplier resources/up-selling products
- Technical support & troubleshooting via phone connectivity and apps (smart watches)
- Suggest improvements to client on how to improve customer service experience
Requirements
- Good English
- Fluent French
(Polish not needed) - Proven Exceptional customer satisfaction and people skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media
- Energetic, having the energy and curiosity to challenge yourself and your employer to become better
- Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage
