Our client is an international IT services company. It employs circa 100 000 employees in 72 countries. The company offers IT infrastructure management services, systems integration, outsourcing and IT consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support and assistance in solving the basic problems in the field of IT (the first line of support)
- Diagnosing applications and their solutions
- Coordinating accepted submissions (transfer to the next line of support and monitoring applications users)
Please be informed that work is provided in shifts.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German or French (min. B2)
- Knowledge of English at min. A2
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Interest in IT issues and willingness to retraining
- Ability to work in a team
- Good work organization
- TOEIC certificate - nice to have
