Currently in our main Szczecin office we are looking for a competent, well-organized person, familiar with sales on key account level, and project management in an international context - one who will take responsibility for increase of sales to former and existing customers.
BIC Electric Sp. z o. o. is looking for:
- maintaining relationship with existing customers, looking for opportunities for extending the co-operation
- identifying new needs of former customers, following their development and projects which potential open for our services
- planning sales activities to fit the overall production plan
- performing sales to selected customers
- managing preparation phases of the projects (trainings, certifications, travel arrangements)
- have experience in performing of similar duties
- have education in business or commerce
- have strong skills of salesperson, but in “farming” rather than “hunting”
- are a well-organized planner and you are good at prioritizing
- are an efficient communicator in order to build good relations both within and outside the company
- are fluent in English
- have an open mind for ongoing optimization of processes.
