We cooperate very closely with our direct customers for whom and with whom we carry out installation, maintenance and commissioning projects. We are a scalable technical resource to our customers when they do not want or cannot maintain their own technical staff with unique technical competences that we possess.
The job
As Customer Relations Controller, placed in the Key Account & Sales Department, you must ensure that our existing customer relationships are continuously maintained.
The sales organization is structured with a sales manager focusing primarily on new customers, while our Key Account Engineers maintain existing customers. The Key Account Engineers must simultaneously ensure deliveries on running projects which makes it difficult for them to exploit their sales opportunities. The goal of our new Customer Relations Controller is to increase sales to former and existing customers.
The Customer Relationship Controller must ensure that the opportunities of existing or past customers are identified, and that the sales and marketing functions plan how and when the individual customers are contacted, based on the overall production plan. You will thus become part of a sales organization where you will ensure the right sales pipeline for existing and former customers, and you will also be responsible for sales-oriented activities and sales to selected customers.
At the same time, significant internal planning and coordination in terms of planning travel, accommodation, certification and equipment will be necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring that all planning and preparation of projects are completed on time to minimize the total costs spent on travel and accommodation.
50 travel days per year can be expected since our customers are located all over the world, although primarily in Europe. The position is based in Szczecin, together with a team of ca 25 highly educated and dedicated employees, in an international and English spoken friendly environment. We will help you with a relocation to our beautiful Szczecin.
The Candidate
Educationally, there can be many entries for the job, but we expect you to have experience from similar functions, having worked with sales at Key Account level, planning sales activities, resources and competencies, managing sales and marketing activities, project management, and ongoing optimization of processes.
Your organizational skills are the key to success, and we expect you to be holistic and to thrive in the role of a visible customer-related employee who takes responsibility, leads the way and is able to influence all stakeholders in and around the company.
You will be part of an organization where the corporate language is English. It is a requirement that you have a mastery of English to a negotiation level both orally and in writing.
