As a Customer On-Boarding Specialist, you will join a team of approximately 60 colleagues located throughout EMEA. Gdynia itself is the group’s largest location with approximately 20 team members based here. The Customer On-Boarding Specialist role is part of the wider Customer Implementation and Professional Services organization.
In your role as Customer On-Boarding Specialist, you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of clients. You will fully own technical implementation and migration projects for your clients, from initiation through to delivery. You will work closely with the wider Account Team as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of your projects.
Refinitiv’s global footprint means that on a daily basis, you will be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders based in a number of different locations. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a complex matrix organization are critical. You must be confident in both written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and must be able to adapt communication styles to different audiences as appropriate.
