Customer Care Support Specialist with the Romanian Language
Location: Warsaw/remotely after 1 month training in the office
Description of the position:
- Comprehensive customer service in the context of various projects - contact with after-sales customers, resolve problems, answering questions etc.;
- Phone contact with customers - inbound and outbound calls;
- Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction;
- Maintain current working knowledge of procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English or Polish;
- Enthusiasm and willing to help customers solve their problems;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Experience in a position related to customer service is always appreciated.
