For our Client - international well-known BPO Centre, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of Customer Care Specialist - English speaker.
You will be responsible for handling incoming chat requests from international customers. The basic job function is to interpret customer needs and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquiries, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care and prompt resolution.

Requirements:
- Very Good written and oral skills of English
