Customer Care Representative with Italian and other major European language (German preferred) (m/f)

Duration: 7 months

• Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
• Processing orders submitted by phone, FAX, email or other e-Commerce channels;
• Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;
• Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;
• Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;
• Processing Customer Credits.

• Excellent Italian and any other major European language (German preferred) as well as good English verbal and written communication skills;
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Less than a year of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department acceptable;
• MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP/CRM knowledge;
• Basic knowledge and/or experience in Life Sciences preferred
