On behalf of our Client, successful international company located in Wroclaw we are looking to recruit Customer Care Representative with German language and knowledge of SAP.
Main responsibilities within the role will include dealing with sales orders in SAP system for company’s products and services. Customers’ purchase orders may be submitted via different channels: phone, fax, e-mail or other online channels. Providing phone and email assistance to both customers and sales team on all matters related to order status, quotations, shipping dates, and billings.
You will be also responsible for invoicing customers basing on data in CRM system as well as logging all orders and logistics complaints from customers.
We require you to have fluent knowledge of German and good of English languages, previous experience with SAP or other ERP system, experience with order taking and/or billing, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment as well as ability to learn quickly and resolve customer inquiries. Experience with CRM systems or knowledge of Dutch language will be an asset.
