Is a global company operating within medical industry that is developing its office in Wrocław and looks for a person to join Customer Care team.
On this position you would be responsible for
Supporting Spanish or German customers in a very wide range. Your duties would include: reviewing and processing sales orders in SAP, preparing invoices for customers, providing telephone and e-mail support, monitoring payments, supporting documentation processing.
Perfect candidate for this role
Has at least Bachelor degree, fluent English and one of the following languages: German or Spanish, 0,5-1 year of experience in customer service (also contact centre or billing), MS Office familiarity and good interpersonal skills.
