Customer Care Representative with German & Dutch (m/f)
Location: Wrocław, Poland
Position Description
Processing sales orders in SAP software;
Dealing with orders submitted by various communication channels;
Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;
Providing phone and email support to customers and sales team;
Handling orders and complaints from customers.
Position Requirements
Excellent German & elementary Dutch verbal and written communication skills;
Good English verbal and written communication skills;
Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
0-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department;
Familiar with standard office software (SAP/CRM experience desirable);
Basic knowledge and/or experience in Life Sciences will be an asset.
Personal Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
Well-developed team working skills;
Quick learner with competence to resolve customer inquiries.
