Customer Care Representative with French (m/f)

Position Description
- Processing of Export sales orders in accurate and timely manner in ERP System;
- Invoicing customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from sales generated quotes;
- Reviewing customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;
- Handling all kinds of export shipments;
- Tracing all confirmed shipping and delivery actions;
- Answering all incoming customer questions and providing effective support to customers;
- Managing customer database including complaint handling in respective CRM system;
- Interfacing between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Position Requirements
- Experience in Export documentation and requirements by using air / sea / truck services;
- Very good French and English skills, both oral and written;
- MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP knowledge;
- Additional language knowledge advantageous.
