Customer Care Representative with French (m/f)
Functional Area: Customer Care Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Duration: unlimited
Position Description
Processing of Export sales orders in accurate and timely manner in ERP System;
Invoicing customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from sales generated quotes;
Reviewing customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;
Handling all kinds of export shipments;
Tracing all confirmed shipping and delivery actions;
Answering all incoming customer questions and providing effective support to customers;
Managing customer database including complaint handling in respective CRM system;
Interfacing between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Position Requirements
Experience in Export documentation and requirements by using air / sea / truck services;
Very good French and English skills, both oral and written;
MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP knowledge;
Additional language knowledge advantageous.
Personal Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
Ability to learn quickly and resolve customer inquiries.
