Customer Care Representative with French and German (or other major European language) (m/f)
Functional Area: Customer Care Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Duration: unlimited
Position Description
Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;
Processing orders submitted by phone, FAX, email or other e-Commerce channels;
Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;
Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;
Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;
Processing Customer Credits.
Position Requirements
Excellent French & good English verbal and written communication skills;
Minimum of Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department;
MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP/CRM knowledge;
Basic knowledge and/or experience in Life Sciences preferred;
German or any other European language skills will be an asset.
Personal Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment;
Well-developed team working skills;
Quick learner with competence to resolve customer inquiries.
