We are looking for a person who will join the team as a:
Customer Care Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for end-to-end process of customer support (B2C clients)
- Coordinate Customer Support Team (5-10 people) operating on local and foreign markets
- Ensuring incoming enquiries and customer complaints are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
- Cooperate closely with internal Sales Department and external multi-language Back Office Department
- Develop and optimize customer service policies and processes
- Create standards and being responsible of customer service quality
- Support in other operation processes (call centre systems solutions, reporting, data management)
Our requirements:
- 1-3 year experience on a similar position (Team Leader/ Manager of an international team)
- Fluent English and Polish is a must
- Knowledge of customer care standards, ticket systems and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills and ownership attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
- Flexibility and hands-on approach
