Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Working in our Contact Centre you will be responsible for contacting customers in Poland to establish the reason for arrears and then identify appropriate solutions based on individual customer circumstances. In addition you will work and advise customers who are experiencing financial difficulties on alternative payment plans. You will be working in a fast paced, target driven progressive environment, achieving or exceeding set targets and working as part of a team to fulfil the Department's Key Performance Indicators. Working as a Customer Account Assistant is an excellent opportunity to improve your negotiation skills that could be crucial in your future career.
- Resolving delinquency through both inbound and outbound collections calls on active credit card accounts;
- Contact early stage, low risk customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency;
- Negotiate appropriate solutions for the customer to resolve any payment issues;
- Meet defined individual and team performance and quality targets to ensure delivery of key business objectives;
- Ensure customer confidentiality of information in line with the Data Protection Act and adherence to all regulatory FSA and KNF requirements.
- You easily communicate in Polish and English;

- Fluent Polish both spoken and written is a must;
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency in MS Office;
- Communicative English skills;
- Ability to work shifts including weekends;
- Experience in Collections department preferably in a Banking environment will be an asset.
