CRM Functional Consultant

3Shape is looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to focus on Data Management. As a CRM Functional Consultant, you will join an international team and be working closely with the CRM Team to design, build and implement a new user profile service, which will be rolled out globally during 2021 and 2022. The project stakeholders will range from Senior Project Managers to teams working with operational data, so it is important that you are able communicate and take the user perspective from all types of users.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design and document process flows related to Data Management and User Profile
- Consult with internal CRM process owners to identify business issues objectives and priorities relevant to the CRM solution and present best practice suggestions for resolution
- Write development specifications and help coordinating development tasks with Data Architect and CRM developers
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Data Management
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
We expect:
- Min. 3 years of experience on similar position
- Higher relevant education
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Visio, Excel
- Ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
