Country Sales Manager
Location: podlaskie
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation;
- Create new leads through dedicated sales meetings, Customer events and Webinars;
- Forecasting business on regular basis. Keep track on funnel management with local team;
- Manage and build strong relationship with clients at all levels;
- Understand local market, competition and focus on Customer needs;
- Increase sales closure rate;
- Deliver high quality Customer presentations;
- Setting up regular client visits, live demo shows and presenting concrete business proposition;
- Delivering advanced technical information, analysis for Pre-Sales purposes on daily basis;
- Providing support on competitive advantage and unique selling points of products & solutions.
*Travel required.
*The job is performed remotely.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Related University degree. Technical graduate degree preferred;
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and IT Industry;
- Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, software;
- Strong leadership with contacts on C levels and influential skills is a must;
- Understanding of broad range of technologies.
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
- Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process;
- Must have the ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level.
Competencies:
- Self starter—Independent remote worker;
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
Success Factors:
- Strong leadership skills;
- Able to deliver business value to the sales operation and customer;
- Strong presentation skills.
Communication skills:
- Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level;
