Our Client is an international sugar beet seed supplier.
Job description
- Proactively manage the setting of budgets and strategies to meet company's objectives and brand awareness on the Polish market,
- Manage all aspects of the business relationship with major industry stakeholders,
- Present a clear and concise sugar beet business plan to the superior identifying and proposing areas of resource requirement and product integration,
- Develop new markets and introduce new breeding technologies into the market place,
- Manage relationships with Sugar industry and farm influencers to ensure their understanding of the sugar beet variety profiles and strategies,
- Ensure close communication is maintained with all relevant sections of the company,
- Prepare written reports and presentations as required.
Candidate
- Experience in setting budgets and strategies (strategic planning and target setting),
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent,
- Broad knowledge of agriculture sector in Poland with the focus on sugar industry,
- Proven sales and managerial experience especially by selling to farmers and sugar-beet factories,
- Fluency in English is a must, communicative level of German would be in plus,
- Creativity, ability to work out of the box,
- Ability to travel as the business demands, sometimes extensively.
