Cost Controller
Location: Warszawa
You will be responsible for:
- Facilitate and follow-up timely payments to the logistics providers
- Operational support for the cost database of the new Freight audit tool
- Close cooperation with the invoice verification team and Logistic cost analysist
- Support and improve the process of the monthly provision for the logistic costs
- Monthly logistics reporting: variance analysis of the result vs budget, and result vs result previous year
- Generate executive summary to senior management
- Elaborate and improve the current logistics cost reporting
- Standardize cost reporting with affiliates (integrated and non-integrated)
- Monthly analysis of the freight factors (cost allocation to stock) and improve the accuracy
- J-sox follow-up, self-audit and support during internal/external audit
Profile:
- You are graduate with a Master degree and preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar logistic controlling function
- You have strong (business) analytical skills and are able to detect and solve problems quickly and independently
- You have affinity to work in an international environment and are able to work well in team
- You are a good communicator and can manage relations with different stakeholders (international colleagues, corporate planning, accounting, affiliates,…. etc)
- You have a good command of English. Other European language will be as asset
- You have advanced computer skills, especially Excel and reporting tools
- SAP knowledge would be plus
