A total capacity of 80 000 rooms, managed under diverse business models: affiliate, management contract and franchise. 2nd largest European hotel group and 8th largest global player in the hotel industry with more than 1 000 hotels in 41 countries, Louvre Hotels Group is an affiliate of Groupe du Louvre which is owned by the Starwood Capital Group private equity firm and is currently looking for its 3 hotels in Warsaw (Complex of Premiere Classe, Campanile and Golden Tulip with almost 500 rooms, Conference Center with 8 conference rooms, 2 restaurants and 2 bars) for an experienced person for the following position:
- Developing revenue in hotels in terms of CORPORATE
- Set up and follow up of CORPORATE sales plan and give input for marketing plan
- Maintaining and improving Key Accounts database
- Handling top-accounts for hotels and acquisition of new accounts
- Set up and execute sales activity plan
- Do regular competition analysis regarding the target market
- Report activities and results on a monthly basis
- Work experience: at least two years extensive and successful CORPORATE active sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Good communicator; able to communicate on different levels
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
- Service minded: deliver what is promised accurately
- Well developed negotiating skills
- Very good English
