The main purpose of the role is to support Senior Corporate Financial Controller in controlling and performance management of the Corporate Administrative/Support Functions.
The role involves setting up effective business partnering with senior stakeholders in Headquarter and has potential for further development. Possible career development options are the successor to the Senior Corporate Financial Controller as well as possibility to take up various international assignments, not limited to supporting HQ.
You will be part of approx. 40 professionals in the Group Finance, responsible for the strategic financial support for Executive Management, the Board of Directors, and many other internal and external stakeholders.
Group Finance owns and executes the global finance strategy including various financial processes, such as budgets and estimates, and is also responsible for comprehensive controlling and compliance efforts.
The role has a direct reporting line to Senior Manager in Headquarter (Copenhagen) and dotted reporting line to GBS Manager in Krakow. The admin controlling team consists of three people including this role.

What is the challenge?
- Managing the periodic results and preparing standard and ad-hoc reporting, including executive summary
- Corporate Administration cost controlling, evaluating performance and business trends to support optimal financial performance and improvements
- Assisting Senior Corporate Financial Controller in delivering analysis and business insights to support management decisions, recommendation, business cases modeling and scenario analysis
- Participate in cost planning activities according to Group Finance annual wheel (with supervision of Senior Corporate Financial Controller)
- Involved in target setting and budget process
- Business partnering at every level of organization and with various finance knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Strive for process and system optimization
- The responsibilities can be tailored to the candidate, and with several opportunities to share and take ownership of other ad-hoc projects and support forecasting tasks
Education:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Controlling or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years' progressive controlling/accounting experience
Personal and professional qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working and processes
- Taking responsibility and ownership
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work in a dynamic way with switching priorities and the ability to multi-tasking
- An experience in management controlling is a plus, but not a requirement
Other competences:
- Must be highly computer literate with proficient data mining and ERP systems as well as knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- English at C1
