Corporate Credit Card Administrator

Description:
Corporate Credit Card Administrator role provides you with an opportunity to be involved with cardholder enrollment, training, changes, auditing and termination of corporate credit cards.
You will act as a first line of support for our cardholders in variety of card related issues, including card declines, limit adjustments, missing payments etc.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring electronic group mailboxes and providing support to cardholders
- Resolving operational and administrative matters in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Processing credit card applications and cardholder terminations
- Monitoring past due accounts, overdue payments and card transactions assignment
- Assistance in credit card balance reconciliation and refunds as needed
- Running variety of reports and maintaining departmental database
- Assistance in development of instructions and training materials for cardholders
- Assistance in card program implementation tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience working in multinational company, preferably in a customer service role - minimum 1,5 years
- Previous experience auditing and reconciling accounts is strong advantage
- Experience in importing, exporting and manipulating data
- Good analytical skills, ability to prioritize work and multitask
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
