As a Corporate Actions Client Service team member, we offer you not only an in-depth look at the challenging world of corporate events but the opportunity to help our clients (big investment banks, global custodians, local banks) in managing corporate events.
We are team of 50 professionals split between 2 sites, Krakow and Brussels. We are the front line support of our clients. We respond to phone and written inquiries adhering to standards of quality and to the client service benchmarks.
Our clients are located all over the world and our group is obviously multi-cultural.
Your part of the deal:
- Direct contact with international clients, dealing with telephone and written
- enquiries
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients gaining their trust
- and respect
- Daily investigation of corporate actions event on fixed income securities and
- warrants
- Interfacing with Euroclear's Operations teams to solve problems and keep
- clients in the loop
- Anticipate client’s needs and propose solutions within the indicated policies
- and procedure
- Take care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters
- Ensure proactive communication to all parties involved
- Cooperation with external parties depositaries, agents, issuers
- Working on projects linked to process improvement, enhancement of control
- environment and automation

Your profile:
- You are fluent in English (at least C1 level required)
- You are client oriented and have good communication skills
- You feel highly comfortable working on the phone
- You are assertive while correctly balancing client and company interests
- You are risk aware and you pay attention to details
- You work quickly and accurately ensuring high quality service
- You have good analytical and problem solving skills, enabling you to react fast
- on client’s inquiries
- You are punctual and flexible in terms of working hours (special working
- schedules between 8.00am and 8.00pm)
- Previous experience in a client facing role is an advantage
