As a Contractor Care Coordinator you will provide post placement support to contractors across all resourcing businesses. You will be required to control and administer contractor needs, building robust working relationships with them as their main point of contact for all enquiries.
- Supporting the team on a daily basis with all general queries
- Following set policies and procedures to ensure consistency and operational excellence
- Becoming an expert in the processes and systems that impact the contractor including but not limited to, timesheet error, expenses and holiday
- Understanding the existing customer service model deployed to major clients
- Providing guidance and information to contractors on process, procedural, legislative and payroll issues
- Responding to queries from contractors, clients, visitors, suppliers, ensuring solutions and answers are given in an efficient, timely manner Ensuring the inbox is kept up to date on a daily basis and all queries are responded to/closed within SLA
- Cooperating closely with payroll and BSS team to resolve any contractor pay, tax or employment status queries
- Hold a university degree
- Are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication (C1 level is a must)
- Are committed to customer service excellence
- Have a keen eye for details and Can Do attitude
- Are self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Are highly responsive with ability to absorb information quickly
- Are familiar with recruitment industry or experienced in customer service (desirable)
