Contract Management Transition Leader

Position purpose

 

Contract Management Transition Lead will perform contract management activities on account and will be responsible for transition planning, implementation for CCO processes. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the successful candidate will act as the point of contact for transition activities for projects throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Main accountabilities

 

Contract Management Activities:

  • Coordinates and leads a portfolio of client contracts
  • Drafts contract changes including Amendments, Change Requests
  • Prepares an Obligation Matrix and track contract deliverables and compliance
  • Responds to queries related to contractual documents – including solicit further answers from internal stakeholders (i.e. legal, HR, finance and delivery)

During Transition:

  • Management of day to day transition activities and transition team members to agreed plans
  • Transition status reporting
  • Issue management and resolution
  • Creates, updates, and maintains related documentation
  • Develops effective working relationships with client, service delivery, project delivery
  • Develops fact-based analysis that takes into account client objectives, which in turn drives delivery and/or project teams towards achieving client acceptance of deliverables
  • Actively promotes/reviews/generates/updates best practice material/standards to aid future transition projects and knowledge sharing
  • Must be able and willing to travel internationally (Up to 50% travel may be required)
Candidate’s profile
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels both internal and external to the Company.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language both spoken and written, knowledge of other European language would be an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, and create materials and/or documentation, which includes sales and training materials.
  • Good project management ability
  • Proven experience analyzing and solving problems that may not be defined
  • Ability to take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, changing priorities, and/or limited defined processes.
  • Contract or Commercial Management experience will be an advantage
